We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in labor market initiatives, recruitment, coaching, or guidance
• Have a network with employers in your region (meritorious)
• Are self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented
• Share our vision and want to help build something long-term
• Have F-tax registration or the ability to obtain it
• Wish to work professionally and long-term with us

Counselor Competency

To work within Rusta och Matcha, counselors must meet the competency requirements set by the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). You must meet one of the following alternatives:

Alternative 1

At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system) in fields such as:

• Working life
• Organization and personnel management
• Study and career guidance
• Behavioral science
• Social work education
• or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.

Plus at least two (2) years of work experience at a minimum of 50% during the last five years within one of the following areas:

• Supervision with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Processing of personnel matters
• Work with working life and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology

Alternative 2

At least one (1) year of full-time studies at a post-secondary level, as well as at least three (3) years of work experience at a minimum of 50% during the last five years within the aforementioned areas.
