Do you want to work within home care where care and quality are in focus? Nyckeln Hemtjänst AB is a private company offering professional home care in Salem and Botkyrka municipalities. We are now looking for dedicated employees to strengthen our team of permanent staff and provide our customers with safe and personal care in their daily lives.

Nyckeln Hemtjänst offers its customers:

• Personal service and care
• Escorting and relief services

We also offer services with RUT deduction, such as cleaning, clothing care, window cleaning, and cooking. Our services are always tailored to each customer's wishes to create security, continuity, and respect for the individual's lifestyle and cultural background. We actively work to improve the conditions for our employees.

We are now looking for qualified assistant nurses (undersköterska) to join our team. Nyckeln Hemtjänst currently has around 50 employees, and we are looking for more assistant nurses on a full-time basis to continue offering well-planned and secure care and service. We care about our employees' health and offer, among other things, one hour of wellness activities per week during working hours. Our services are based from our office in Fittja, and you will work on a route that rotates depending on language and needs. The position involves morning and evening shifts, as well as two weekends per month.

As an assistant nurse at Nyckeln Hemtjänst, you will, among other things:

• Perform social documentation
• Provide personal care
• Prepare meals
• Walk or shop together with the customer, or shop alone
• Provide escort services and social companionship
• Help with personal hygiene
• Perform cleaning and other household chores
• Contribute with social support

Desired Profile

We are looking for you who have:

• Completed education as an assistant nurse
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience working with the elderly

We are looking for you who are:

Professional, sensitive, empathetic, and have a respectful attitude. You want to work full-time and become a permanent employee. You are honest and communicative to ensure the work functions well with customers and your colleagues. You can work independently and in double staffing, and can drive an electric scooter and car.

Merits if you have:

• Certificate of COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses)
• Assistant nurse with the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare license
• Knowledge of other languages, preferably Finnish or Cantonese

• Start: Immediately
• Working hours: Rolling schedule with morning and evening shifts, plus two weekends per month

• Employment type: Permanent employment with a standard probation period of 6 months
