About Villa Fornudden

In the nature-rich Fornuddsparken in Trollbäcken, Tyresö, you will find the newly built, modern nursing home Villa Fornudden with 60 places. Here, residents live in their own apartments with access to pleasant common areas and care around the clock. Our goal is to provide individually designed care with heart, integrity, and choice.

• We are a Silviacertified residence, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and interaction through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.

• You have a group leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the operations.

• We work with animals in care here and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

As a care assistant, you are extremely important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see every person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We would like you to be a trained care assistant and have worked a few years in elder care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
