Do you want to gain work experience, make a real difference, and work with engaged and competent colleagues? We are now looking for a student employee for the Competence Supply Unit at Norrköping Municipality's HR Department!
Who are we?
The HR Department's mission is to support, guide, ensure quality, and develop the organization's HR processes. Our focus is on providing close and professional support to managers, based on both political guidance and the operational needs of the organization.
We are just over 60 dedicated colleagues distributed across four units – with joint delivery and collaboration in focus. Together, we make each other better and contribute to Norrköping Municipality's ability to deliver its important welfare services in the best possible way.
At the Competence Supply Unit, we work to ensure quality and create uniform working methods within recruitment, staffing, and competence supply. We are a great team of 20 people – curious, personal, and professional HR consultants, HR specialists, and HR administrators.
We are passionate about giving our managers the support they need to find the right competence – and we do it with care, engagement, and a large dose of job satisfaction.
With us, you will not only gain practical experience within recruitment, but also the opportunity to contribute to the development of our working methods and gain insight into how a large public organization works with competence supply.
Your responsibilities
As a student employee at the Competence Supply Unit, you will have the opportunity to closely follow and contribute to the entire recruitment process.
You will support our HR consultants with tasks such as reference checks, selection, interview scheduling, and candidate communication, as well as administrative support and documentation.
You will also work with ad review and become part of our central function for reviewing all municipality advertisements. Here, you will play an important role in an engaged team that together has an eye for detail and ensures high quality.
The work is carried out both independently and in collaboration with colleagues in the team. You will also have the opportunity to participate in development initiatives and process improvements, where your input as a student and future HR colleague is valuable.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who are studying HR, behavioral science, or another relevant education at Linköping University and who have most of your studies remaining.
We see that you have experience working with service and administration. You are curious, responsible, and have a strong interest in recruitment and people.
As a person, you are structured and plan and prioritize your work in an effective way. You enjoy collaborating and like being part of a team.
Given that you will work with ad review, we see that you are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have an eye for detail. You also have an easy way of expressing yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
You are service-oriented and have a professional attitude towards both candidates and managers, where you contribute to a positive experience through clear communication and a solution-oriented approach.
Furthermore, you are curious and are happy to contribute new ideas and perspectives that can develop working methods and processes within the operations.
You take responsibility for your work, work independently when needed, and have a good ability to adapt to new tasks and digital systems.
