Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride.

An exciting opening within the Chocolate category – the greatest tasting category in the world if you ask us! And even better, this opportunity allows you to work with the beloved Marabou brand.

The position of Brand Manager for Marabou Equity and Activation is now available for someone who wants to join a fun and ambitious team working to make a difference. We are looking for someone with a hunger for chocolate – and an equal appetite for growing the business, the brand, and themselves.

You will be part of a tight team collaborating across countries and functions. You will implement the brand strategy, bringing it to life through communication and activations to drive sustainable brand and business growth.

The responsibility lies with Sweden, but the position plays a key role in the Nordic chocolate team.

Main Responsibility

You will own the Marabou brand strategy and bring it to life through insight-led communication and activations.

  • Brand Guardian – You will protect and nurture what makes Marabou loved. From positioning to visual identity, you will ensure the brand feels like Marabou everywhere it appears – across touchpoints, countries, and business units.
  • Consumer Curious – You will dig into research, data, and cultural trends to uncover what moves our consumers – and turn those insights into opportunities that keep Marabou relevant and irresistible.
  • Trend Spotter – You will keep your finger on the pulse of what is happening in culture, the category, and among competitors – so Marabou always stays one step ahead.
  • Activation Lead – You will plan, execute, and evaluate integrated campaigns across channels – the kind that make people stop, smile, and reach out for Marabou.
  • Performance Tracker – You will keep a close eye on brand KPIs (penetration, awareness, consideration, etc.) and turn the numbers into clear next steps.
  • Agency Partner – You will brief and manage our creative, media, and activation agencies – pushing for brilliant work while keeping things on time and on budget.
  • Team Player – You will collaborate closely with other functions and markets, sharing ideas and raising the bar together.

What You Will Bring

A love of chocolate & Marabou is a given. Beyond that:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in FMCG
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into creative briefs
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies. Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • You are energized by ambitious targets and always looking for the next level
  • You know how to influence others – not by pushing, but by making them genuinely excited about the idea
  • Knowledge of the Nordic FMCG/retail market is a plus
  • A business/marketing related degree
