About the position

Professionals Nord is recruiting on behalf of Lämneå Bruk for a Team Leader in electrical assembly. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Lämneå Bruk for a period of six months. The intention is that you may eventually be hired directly by Lämneå Bruk, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

About the role

As Team Leader for the electrical assembly, you play a key role in ensuring the quality of the production flow from start to finish. You lead and coordinate the work in a team of approximately ten electrical assemblers, combining leadership with operational assembly tasks. The role involves close collaboration between production, design, and other departments, where you act as a link between these areas. You report to one of the company's Production Managers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, planning, and distributing daily work within the electrical assembly according to the production schedule
• Participating in daily electrical assembly work and supporting the team operationally
• Ensuring quality, order, and compliance with routines and safety regulations
• Collaborating with mechanics, design, and production for an efficient workflow
• Introducing and mentoring new employees, interns, and summer workers
• Monitoring work, reporting deviations, and driving improvements in methods and workflows
• Flexible working hours apply during the day, and business travel may occur.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education in electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent experience
• Has several years of experience with electrical installations – for example, assembly, cable pulling, and work with electrical cabinets
• Is confident in reading electrical schematics, drawings, and cable tables
• Has the ability to lead and distribute daily work
• Communicates clearly and is accustomed to collaborating with other functions
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car
