At Axentia, we develop tomorrow's real-time information for public transport – from software to hardware, all in-house. With our cloud-native Transit Intelligence platform and energy-efficient displays, we help transport authorities create smarter, more sustainable, and accessible transport systems worldwide.

In this role, you will be a key part of making our technology understandable, visible, and professionally presented – in materials, at exhibitions, and in internal contexts. Marketing work with us is as much about coordination and execution as it is about creative production.

About the role

You will become part of our small but sharp marketing team and work closely with our Communications & Marketing Manager. Since the team is small, you need to enjoy taking responsibility for both details and the big picture – from planning to execution.

The role is varied, practical, and creative, and suits you if you enjoy switching between planning, production, problem-solving, and quick prioritization. You enjoy creating structure, following up, and getting many different pieces to fall into place.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate exhibitions and events – from materials and suppliers to follow-up and social media
• Create graphic materials based on our visual identity, such as exhibition materials, print materials, presentations, and content for digital channels
• Keep marketing and profile materials updated, accessible, and consistent
• Publish content on the web and social media
• Publish internal news and information on the intranet
• Manage the image bank and handle marketing materials
• Act as the contact person for agencies, printers, and other partners
• Ensure structure, planning, and follow-up so that work flows smoothly between marketing, sales, and other teams.

Who are we looking for?

You thrive in a daily routine where many things happen at once and have an easy time creating order and getting things done. You are meticulous, unpretentious, and solution-focused. You take initiative and drive the work forward.

We believe you:

• Have post-secondary education in marketing, communication, media, or graphic design
• Have a few years of experience in operational marketing work, coordination, or events
• Have good knowledge of the Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Have a sense for color, form, and details
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
• Are comfortable contacting people, following up, and building relationships both internally and externally
• Like taking responsibility and driving tasks through to completion
• Enjoy social settings such as exhibitions and events

Experience with web publishing or social media is a plus.
