Job Description

The job description may vary depending on the assignment. Historically, we have used our QRF (Quick Reaction Force) for the following types of assignments:

• Search and crowd control at concerts.
• Site security at sporting events.
• Staffing industry facilities during unexpected production peaks.
• Snow clearance.
• Replacing staff on short-term sick leave for clients.
• Construction of stages, tents, and other similar tasks.
• Supporting experienced client staff who need relief for one reason or another.

MW Group's QRF is usually contacted with relatively short notice via email, phone call, or SMS. As a QRF member, you decide whether you can work at the specified times.

About You

We are looking for you who want to work part-time alongside your main occupation. You will be part of a workforce that may be contacted when MW Group receives temporary jobs requiring quick staffing, as well as planned future assignments requiring larger personnel volumes over shorter periods.

You are an individual who is service-minded, solution-oriented, and humble. You are comfortable in social situations and are a team player who understands that all tasks, regardless of how big or small, are important cogs in the whole. You take responsibility for assigned tasks and take pride in always delivering that little extra.

Formal Requirements

• Trained within the Swedish Armed Forces (at least conscription or GMU).
• Clean background check.
• Since the work is a part-time job, you must have another main occupation or studies of at least 50 %.

Merits
