Do you want to contribute to equal healthcare in Sweden as an Economics Assistant? Equalis is now looking for an Economics Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term position. Could you be our future colleague?

What does the company do?

Equalis is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to ensure that surveys used as a basis for diagnosis and treatment within healthcare yield results of high quality. This is a fundamental prerequisite for patients to receive the correct diagnosis and treatment, as well as for achieving equal healthcare across the entire country.

Work is carried out at the office in Uppsala with support from experts in healthcare from all over the country. Equalis customers are primarily located in Sweden and other Nordic countries.

What will you do?

As an Economics Assistant, you will join the Economics and Logistics department. You will receive a thorough introduction to get started in the role. We would prefer that you start with us as soon as possible after the summer holiday period. The tasks include ongoing work with supplier invoices and customer billing, as well as operational support within economics and logistics.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a degree from a vocational education in economics. Post-secondary education is considered an advantage but is not a requirement. Work experience is also considered an advantage. You have excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written, and possess very good knowledge of the Office suite.

To fit this role, you should be independent and have natural self-drive. You are meticulous in your work, meet deadlines, and find it easy to collaborate and communicate. You are motivated by improving processes and routines, and appreciate a role where you have the opportunity to contribute your thoughts and ideas. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
