About the role: As an operations technician, you are responsible for supervision, maintenance, and technical follow-up of the building's installations. You work both preventively and remedially and play an important role in ensuring optimal operation, energy efficiency, and good indoor climate by:

• Performing supervision, maintenance, and technical control of building technical installations such as electricity, ventilation, heating, cooling, sprinklers, and control systems
• Performing and following up on corrective maintenance and analyzing the impact on operation, energy, and indoor climate
• Working with and optimizing technical systems to improve the building's performance
• Ensuring that operation and maintenance meet regulatory requirements, local requirements, and CBRE's requirements for quality, safety, and sustainability
• Participating in troubleshooting and measures during operational disruptions
• Documenting measures and working according to established routines and processes
• Representing CBRE towards the customer and handling supplier contacts

• Very good knowledge of building technology and technical installations
• Good understanding of how technical systems work and how they are used to optimize building performance
• 3-year upper secondary education with vocational diploma or vocational eligibility, as well as at least five years of documented work experience in the role
• Good understanding of supervision and maintenance measures and how corrective maintenance affects the building's operation, energy, and indoor climate
• Good system familiarity and experience with operation or maintenance systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license
• It is an advantage if you have a certificate for Hot Work
• An extract from the criminal record is required
