Inovatiq Bygg specializes in renovating apartments and residential buildings in the Gothenburg area. We perform general contracting services and currently have a contract with Balder, where we are looking for an experienced and independent Plumber/HVAC Technician to take responsibility for the plumbing aspects of our projects.

About the Role

As a Plumber/HVAC Technician with us, you will work on ROT projects and renovations in existing residential buildings and apartments. You will be responsible for ensuring that plumbing work is carried out professionally, efficiently, and to a high quality standard, in accordance with current regulations and schedules.

You will collaborate closely with our project managers, site supervisors, and other trades on-site. We are looking for someone who is used to taking responsibility, working independently, and maintaining a good pace without compromising on quality.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a plumber/HVAC technician
• Experience with ROT work and renovations in residential buildings
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the plumbing portion of the project
• Good teamwork skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Understanding of quality, schedules, and workplace organization
• Valid driver's license (Category B), which is a requirement
