We are now looking for an Account Manager with a focus on new business development for a growing company within competence development. The company offers one of the market's widest ranges of courses, lectures, and events with some of Sweden's most appreciated speakers and trainers.
About the role
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from first contact to completed business and ongoing customer relations. You primarily work with new business development, building your own customer portfolio by booking and conducting meetings, identifying customer needs, and presenting the company's solutions. Customer meetings take place both digitally and physically, and the sales cycle is usually between 1-4 weeks.
You will follow an established sales process but also have great freedom to influence your own working method and development in the role.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and new business development within B2B
- Book and conduct customer meetings (physical and digital)
- Present and sell courses, lectures, and events
- Drive the entire sales process from first contact to closing
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Work towards clear goals and KPIs
Qualifications
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Previous experience with cold calling
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
