About the role
As a Facility Technician with us, you will have a varied and stimulating job with significant responsibility. You will work both practically and problem-solving with tasks such as:
- Assisting tenants with orders and fault remediation
- Maintenance, repairs, and installation work
- Preventive supervision and care to ensure safe and sustainable operations
We work closely with our customers and strive to continuously develop the maintenance of the properties. Here, you will have the opportunity to grow in your role – we continuously invest in competence development and training for our staff.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least a 3-year upper secondary vocational education or eligibility for higher education
- At least 3 years of practical experience as a Facility Technician
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Very good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally
- Category B driver's license
Merits
- Certificates in Fall Protection, First Aid, Hot Work
- Knowledge in carpentry, electrical, control and monitoring, operation systems
- Further education in electricity, energy
