We are now looking for an Outside Sales Engineer who wants to drive growth in our operations in Southern Sweden, focusing on customers within the process industry. In this role, you will play a central part in developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting customers in improving efficiency, safety, and sustainability through our solutions. The position is based in Malmö, and you will work closely with our Sales Center in Sweden as well as colleagues in service and marketing.

Are you driven by identifying opportunities and turning customer needs into concrete solutions and long-term collaborations? Do you combine technical understanding with a strong business sense and a structured approach to work?

This customer-facing role is part of our Sales Center in Sweden and focuses on developing business in Southern Sweden. You will work independently in your region while collaborating closely with colleagues in inside sales, service, and marketing to drive growth and create value for customers.

What are your responsibilities?

You will:

  • Build and develop strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders within the process industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively develop your sales region in Southern Sweden
  • Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to closure, including customer visits, technical discussions, quotations, and negotiations
  • Follow up on quotations and ongoing business to ensure progress and closure
  • Market and position Endress+Hauser’s product portfolio and solutions, tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal functions such as service, inside sales, and marketing to ensure a high level of customer experience
  • Plan and monitor your sales activities, pipeline, and budget responsibility for your region

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Are proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven, with strong motivation to achieve set goals
  • Thrive in an independent role with high customer contact and personal responsibility
  • Have a strong interest in sales and building long-term customer relationships, preferably with experience in B2B sales
  • Have technical understanding within process automation
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, or process technology), or equivalent work experience
  • Have a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel within Southern Sweden
