About Lunds Pastorat

Lunds Pastorat is part of the Church of Sweden and operates a broad range of activities in Lund. The organization includes church operations, two preschools, funeral services, and collaboration with elected officials and honorarium-based staff. The operations are led by approximately 15–20 managers and supervisors who require close and clear support regarding payroll and administrative matters. The Pastorat is centrally located in Lund, near the Cathedral, and is characterized by community-oriented activities with many touchpoints and a need for structured working methods.

At Asta Agency, we are collaborating with Lunds Pastorat in this recruitment process. This is a consulting assignment until the turn of the year. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at Lunds Pastorat.

About the Role

As an Economic Assistant with knowledge of HR Plus 8, you will become a crucial link between managers, supervisors, and the payroll service. While payroll is handled by the payroll service, the organization needs to strengthen its team with a person who can guide, support, and create clarity regarding payroll-related questions internally.

The role involves helping managers navigate correctly in matters related to payroll administration, documentation, and systems, without taking responsibility for the actual payroll disbursements yourself. You will be a close support in daily operations, contributing to relieving the workload, simplifying communication, and creating smoother workflows between the Pastorat and the payroll service.

Qualifications and Attributes

We are looking for you who are pedagogical, structured, and service-oriented, with the ability to create clarity and calm in dialogues with managers and supervisors. You are self-reliant, unpretentious, and quick to adapt to new contexts.

Additionally, you have:

  • Experience in payroll administration, economic administration, or a similar role.

  • Knowledge and experience with HR Plus 8.

  • Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Other Information
  • Start: Immediately.

  • Location: Skåne and surrounding areas.

  • Scope: Approximately 50–100% until the turn of the year.

  • Salary: According to agreement.
