Bromma is one of Stockholm's most expansive districts, with a growing population and new housing being added. Over 83,000 residents live in the district, and the district administration has a net budget of 1.7 billion SEK. Approximately 1,700 employees work within the administration across departments for preschools, elderly care, social services, leisure, HR, security, board and service, as well as Economy, Premises, and Urban Environment.

Your role
The district has nearly 100 premises and 90,000 square meters of floor space distributed among preschools, social services and leisure, elderly care, urban environment, and offices. As a Premises Manager, you will be part of a unit consisting of eleven employees. You will drive several premises projects and be responsible for ongoing daily premises support for a part of the district administration's operations.
As a Premises Manager, you will contribute to the strategic work with premises supply and participate in planning meetings for the supported operations.
In your role as project manager, you will drive premises projects regarding new production, adaptation, renovation, and decommissioning of premises. The projects involve clients, project members, and several external parties with whom you must collaborate. As a project manager, you prepare project directives, project plans, and submit service statements to the board.
The ongoing duties include handling current lease agreements, regarding interpretation, termination, and renegotiation. Furthermore, your tasks will also involve planning maintenance and operational adaptations of premises.
The role involves many contacts as you will work towards several target groups within the administration as well as landlords, contractors, and other external partners.
Your competence and experience
We are looking for you with:
- A relevant academic degree or vocational higher education (KY/YH) or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
- Several years of experience working with relevant premises issues.
- Knowledge of rental law and interpretation of lease agreements.
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you have experience of:
- Project management role in premises projects.
- Preparing decision support materials.
- Interpreting construction contracts.
- Working in a politically governed organization.
- Working in Stockholm City.
We are looking for someone who is structured, development-oriented, goal- and result-oriented. You are relationship-building and service-oriented. You apply a holistic view and have linguistic analytical skills.
