About the role of Pharmacist with Medication Responsibility at Hjärtat

In addition to your role as a pharmacist, you also hold the medication responsibility for the pharmacy. At Hjärtat, this means you are responsible for local quality work. You ensure that your pharmacy meets the required standards and report any deviations. You oversee the onboarding of new employees, ensuring they participate in the pharmacy's quality routines, and coach your colleagues with support and advice regarding the pharmacy's quality work.

Welcome to our lovely Apotek Hjärtat Commerce, our shopping center pharmacy located right in the center of Skövde.

The pharmacy is brand new with Hjärtat's latest concept, and the pharmacy is still experiencing strong growth.

At Commerce, we have a high variety in our work with many customers in both self-care and prescription services, as well as deliveries to nursing homes and home care. At the pharmacy, we always put the customer first and strive to exceed expectations in service. Six employees work at the pharmacy, and opening hours are 09:30–19:00 on weekdays, 10:00–17:00 on Saturdays, and 11:00–17:00 on Sundays.

This is a permanent position as a pharmacist. The position is full-time or according to agreement. Probationary employment may apply. Start date is by agreement.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing pharmacist or pharmacist. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist, and you identify with the following description:

• You show interest and engagement in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and across the region/whole of Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
