Working with us – SRB Retail House

As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-promoting manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintaining goods, e.g., confectionery (loose and packaged).
• Checking signage and re-displaying products when necessary.
• Ordering goods and monitoring inventory levels.
• Contact with store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met.
• Working independently in stores, possibly visiting multiple stores in a single day.

In this role, freedom under responsibility is key – you plan and carry out your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work during the summer, weeks 27–31. The position varies per week, approx. 2–10 hours/week.

To thrive in this role, we look for someone who:

• Has an interest in the grocery trade and enjoys physically active work.
• Is solution-oriented, communicative, and works efficiently at a fast pace.
• Enjoys working independently and changing environments during the workday.
• Is an early riser – we start workdays early in the morning.
• Has a driver's license and access to a personal car (required), as you will visit stores in Värnamo, Gnosjö, Skillingaryd, Ljungby, and Bredaryd.
