About the Job

Job Description

Do you want to work in a secure and established company and become part of our team? A-Staffing Construction is a company with long experience and a good reputation. We place great value on delivering quality to our clients while ensuring our staff are well taken care of.

In West Sweden, we have worked on hundreds of projects, ranging from bottom slabs, floor joists, and walls, bridges, tunnels, concrete structures, infrastructure, and much more. Some of our larger projects in recent years have included Korsvägen, Karlatornet, Kaj 16, E02 Centralen, and the Business School. We also work on smaller and medium-sized projects involving concrete structures for hospitals, commercial buildings, apartment blocks, and much more.

If you move around West Sweden, you pass something we have built every day, and we are proud of that. With our broad experience and our loyal and stable customers, we find projects that suit you and your background. Our clients are construction companies, and we do not work directly with private individuals.

We are looking for several carpenters (formwork specialists) for various projects. Currently, we are looking for both loose timber formwork and system formwork (Peri/Doka). We have both small and large teams with diverse backgrounds.

Experience and Education

We are looking for you who have experience from the construction industry and enjoy working practically with high quality. Perhaps you have a vocational certificate as a concrete worker or equivalent experience in construction and carpentry.

To thrive with us, we believe you are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have a professional attitude towards both customers and colleagues.

At A-Staffing Construction, you will have the opportunity to become part of a company with dedicated HR personnel and friendly colleagues. Here you will work together with lovely colleagues in a company that continues to grow and develop, and which has weathered both booms and recessions.

Salary and Employment Terms

You will be employed under the collective agreement "Byggavtalet" (Construction Agreement), which includes:

  • Salary: Hourly wage or performance-based pay depending on the project
  • Insurance
  • Reduced working hours
  • Wellness allowance

You will initially be employed for six months. If everything works out and we get along, your employment will convert to a permanent position (indefinite contract). Many of our employees have worked with us for over ten years.

Application

Submit your application via the link, and we look forward to hearing from you.

Start Date

By agreement. We have sites where we are ready to receive someone immediately, and we have additional sites starting later.

About Us

A-Staffing Construction is a member of Byggföretagen and Almega Kompetensföretagen, so you can be sure that you always have the correct employment terms and collective agreement. For over 15 years, we have supplied Sweden with skilled tradespeople within the scope of the Construction Agreement.

As an employee at A-Staffing, you can count on our commitment to you, your tasks, and your work environment. Our priority is openness and accessibility, as well as your well-being, health, and safety. We are also quality and environmental certified according to ISO 9001 and 14001.
