RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a physiotherapist for patients who have personal assistance in ordinary housing, private and municipal housing, private group homes, and supported living.

As a physiotherapist within personal assistance, you will examine, investigate, and assess function based on the individual's function, goals, and current health status. The physiotherapeutic measures consist of functional preservation and rehabilitation efforts, including the prescription and fitting of assistive devices. The goal is to facilitate the individual's ability to manage daily life in the best possible way together with their assistants. Prescriptions and supervision of care staff in rehabilitative working methods constitute an important part of the work, including transfer training.

Your work and efforts should contribute to patients maintaining and developing the best possible activity and functional capacity. As a physiotherapist, you work in a team with nurses and occupational therapists. Collaboration is an important part of promoting professional development and achieving a holistic view of care and rehabilitation.

An important part of the job is to supervise care staff in a rehabilitative approach.

You will receive training in the Durewall method and have the opportunity to conduct transfer training for care staff if you are interested. You work independently and have great opportunities to influence your work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

• Licens as a physiotherapist.
• Category B driver's license

Previous experience working as a physiotherapist, or experience from other municipal or regional healthcare, is meritorious.
