About the role

At Perido, we are currently looking for an IT Service Technician for one of our clients. You will become part of the IT support team and work both independently and together with colleagues in daily operations. The role is based in Stockholm and involves many contact points, both with users and external suppliers. The position is 50% with the possibility of a lower percentage if needed.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle incoming support cases and fault reports in the case management system
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot computers, networks, and other IT equipment
• Install, configure, and administer computers, mobile phones, and other hardware
• Assist with managing technical equipment in meeting rooms, such as video conferencing solutions
• Administer user accounts, access control systems, and telephone subscriptions
• Ensure that the technical equipment in the business operates reliably
• Participate in work related to networks, security, and backup management
• Evaluate new products and inform users about updates and new technology
• Collaborate with product owners and contribute to projects and development initiatives

Your qualities

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent
• At least 1 year of work experience as an IT technician
• Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Experience with case management systems (e.g., Easit GO or ServiceNow)
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Scope and start date

Part-time at 50%, consultancy assignment until mid-October 2026. Immediate start.
