About Us Aleris Rehab Station is a national and international rehabilitation center. We assist patients with acquired and congenital spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, and neurological conditions and diseases. We also provide personal assistance services. We are located in a large, beautiful building in Frösundavik, Solna, combining old barracks premises with new living quarters, treatment rooms, and a restaurant. We have extensive research and educational activities, as well as well-developed teamwork. We also have a clinic focusing on MS in Liljeholmen. Aleris Rehab Station is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care wards, Basic Home Healthcare, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

The Role We are looking for several assistants for a woman in her 60s who uses a wheelchair and has had a stroke. As a personal assistant, your duties will include supporting and helping her with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers (a lift is available in the home), meal assistance, cleaning, accompanying her to activities, etc. She can speak adequately, understands everything, and has a good memory. She requires constant supervision and support and cannot be left alone. The job requires a certain amount of physical strength, balance, and endurance, as you need to be able to support her in daily life. You must also be non-smoking and fragrance-free, as the client is sensitive to smoke, strong perfumes, and other scents.

About You You also value providing high-quality care and service. Through your commitment, professional attitude, and communication skills, you build good relationships with the client and your colleagues, making you a valuable employee to us. It is important that you act with common sense and have a strong customer focus. You must be able to work during daytime hours as well as approximately one evening/night shift (sleep-on-call at night) and every other weekend. Shifts are scheduled between 08:00-16:00 and 16:00-08:00.

• You have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Employment Terms Employment type: Hourly/Fixed-term contract. Scope: Part-time/Full-time approx. 75-80% with the possibility of full-time. Start date: Immediately. Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement applies.
