At Knightec Group, we challenge ourselves by taking on larger roles in projects through teamwork. Depending on your role, you can work in one of our in-house teams, in our open office landscape, or at one of our customers' sites. Some of our customers allow for partial remote work.

You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of systems or subsystems and ensuring that set goals are met.
• Coordination between projects and different areas of expertise.
• Drive product development from concept to final delivery with a focus on innovation and quality.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers and ensure their needs are met.
• Continuously improve processes and methods for increased efficiency and quality in projects.

Qualifications
You are someone who enjoys sharing your knowledge while independently driving your own work forward. In addition to your personal qualities, you must have the following:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent fields.
• Experience working as a mechanical designer, within construction and product development.
• Experience with validation and verification of technical systems and products.
• Good knowledge of CAD and PDM systems.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Experience working within the defense industry is an advantage.

Practical Information
This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, located at our office in Linköping, Ågatan 14. Travel to our customers may occur as part of the role. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
