This is why we are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our new production group in Stockholm.

In this role, you need to let go of the old and focus on the future. On new production. Our ambition is to gradually create a significant portfolio of building rights regarding development and project properties with the aim of producing rental apartments, condominiums, offices, and hotels for modern living. Since projects start at 100 million SEK and can be up to one billion (!), you need to have driven larger projects previously to fit the role. Some experiences and skills we are looking for are: planning, requirement specification, project follow-up, risk assessment, and quality assurance of calculations, schedules, construction contracts, and regulations. In addition, good collaboration skills are required. Experience from new production projects is a requirement.
