Main responsibilities
In the role of HR Specialist, you will primarily support the armed forces/defense branches, local HR departments, and managers directly within the labor law area. As an HR Specialist, you will collaborate closely with other HR Specialists, the Chief Negotiator, and the Swedish Armed Forces' lawyers. Your role may involve acting as a support in preparatory work and investigations regarding the application of agreements, or supporting local HR in other ways.
Other tasks that may be included in the work are participation in internal projects, such as training (both digital and physical), aimed at raising and developing the competence of employer representatives regarding agreements and conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications

- Current, multi-year work experience within HR/labor law.
- Experience in interpreting and applying laws and collective agreements, and providing advisory support within HR/labor law.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Personal qualities
To succeed in the position, you need to be driven, self-reliant, proactive, and responsible. You inspire trust, create and maintain good relationships, and take the initiative for collaboration. It is of great importance that you are communicative and pedagogical.
We are looking for someone who is good at coaching and getting others on board. You notice development needs and independently drive the projects or tasks needed in a changing operation. With your outgoing and non-hierarchical approach, you contribute to good collaboration and a positive atmosphere in the department.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

- Experience from employment in a large, complex organization and/or authority, preferably the Swedish Armed Forces.
