About Us
Restaurant Athena was established in the autumn of 2005 and is a Greek restaurant that also serves tapas. We are not open for lunch, which means shifts start in the afternoon.
You must be able to work independently with the grill, oven, stove, and deep fryer. This is essential. Additionally, you should have the desire, willingness, and basic skills to eventually lead a team of four chefs with coaching.
As the pace can be fast, it is important that you are organized, structured, and capable of handling stressful situations. You must also be able to collaborate well with other chefs and follow the instructions of the team leader, especially during weekends.
You should be engaged, proactive, and have a genuine interest in food. Quality and good service are very important to us.
