The Social Services Administration in Kungsör consists of three areas: individual and family care, elderly care, and support for people with disabilities. The administration works based on laws, regulations, guidelines, and routines to provide good care for the municipality's citizens who need help and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The System Administrator's role is to be the connecting link in the business systems, among other things by holding regular meetings with super users to capture needs for development/change in the systems. The role also includes having good business knowledge to build the systems in accordance with the business's needs, guidelines/routines, and in accordance with laws, regulations, and other requirements. As a System Administrator in the Social Services Administration, you participate in the development of various IT systems and digital solutions. You work closely together with the administration's digitalization strategist and another System Administrator.

The role includes:

• Train and guide users as needed
• Support the business units with statistical data, participate in the procurement of new systems, and perform other common tasks
• Help integrate new applications and technologies into the current systems
• Prepare material for log controls
• Troubleshoot and fix problems in the systems and handle errors related to hardware and software
• Manage systems including test environments
• Work with issues related to information security and system security
• Manage and provide support for software and hardware upgrades
• Administer users, including changes and deregistration of permissions and roles
• Act as deputy HSA responsible person, manage the HSA catalog and Siths cards

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have experience in system administration. It is meritorious if you have worked with business systems within public administration, primarily within the Social Services Administration's operations. We expect you to have a post-secondary education in a relevant field or experience that the employer considers equivalent. To succeed in the role, you need to have an interest in systems, an interest in IT and welfare technology, as well as personal drive and engagement. A B-class driver's license is a requirement.

As a person, you are structured, service-oriented, and enjoy working with others. You have good collaboration skills and communicate in a clear and pedagogical manner. You enjoy solving problems, both independently and together with others. You have the ability to prioritize and focus on the right things even when working with multiple processes simultaneously.

In the role, you have daily contact with our users, which requires good customer service skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You contribute to a positive work environment through your engagement and positive attitude. We value experience and competence in the area and place great emphasis on personal suitability.
