Ecareer is looking for a driven and engaged Account Manager who wants to help develop our operations in staffing and recruiting substitutes for schools. We offer a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to work with customer relations, recruitment, and personnel management.

About the Role

As an Account Manager here, you play a central role in ensuring that our schools receive the right substitutes at the right time. Your work involves recruitment, personnel leadership, customer handling, and business development.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Customer Responsibility – Building and developing relationships with schools and municipalities to ensure long-term collaborations.
• Recruitment – Actively recruiting, interviewing, and hiring substitutes to ensure a high-quality workforce.
• Personnel Management – Coaching and supporting substitutes to ensure their well-being and performance.
• Business Development – Contributing to the development and improvement of our services and identifying new business opportunities.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment, personnel management, or sales – preferably within staffing, education, or the service industry.
• Is a natural relationship builder and thrives in a role with extensive customer contact.
• Is accustomed to working independently and driving processes forward.
• Has strong communication skills and a knack for matching the right person to the right assignment.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
