About the Job

We are currently looking to expand our team in production technology, as demand has increased among our customers. Are you a production technologist passionate about streamlining and improving processes?

Examples of tasks:

The tasks may vary depending on the assignment.

• Analyze and improve production processes to streamline workflows and minimize waste.
• Plan and optimize workshop layout, material flows, and workstation placement.
• Review design documentation with a focus on manufacturability and testability.
• Ensure that design solutions meet production requirements and enable efficient manufacturing.
• Act as a technical link between design and production to identify and solve problems early.
• Drive and participate in improvement projects from the idea stage to implementation and follow-up.
• Create and maintain manufacturing setups, operation lists, and work instructions.
• Introduce new methods, equipment, and processes into production.
• Train operators and technicians when work methods or technology change.
• Collaborate closely with design, production, quality, and maintenance to ensure efficient production flows.
• Contribute to achieving the company's quality and production goals through technical improvements and support.

As a production technologist with us, you play a key role in improving and streamlining production processes. You work closely with the production team to analyze flows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that create value. The role involves both strategic and operational work, focusing on ensuring quality, efficiency, and sustainability in manufacturing processes.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have education in production technology or mechanical engineering.
• Have a few years of relevant work experience as a production technologist.
• Have good computer skills (the role requires working in many different systems).
• Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Knowledge of any CAD tool is an advantage.
