Gävle Municipality belongs to the Swedish-speaking administrative area of Finland (Note: The original text says "finskt förvaltningsområde" which usually implies the Swedish-speaking minority in Finland, but in the context of Gävle, Sweden, it might be a typo for "svenska" or referring to a specific bilingual context. However, translating literally: "Gävle Municipality belongs to the Finnish administrative area." Given Gävle is in Sweden, this is likely a specific local context or a typo in the source for "Swedish-speaking" or similar. I will translate literally but note the oddity. Actually, Gävle is not in Finland. It is highly likely a typo for "svensk" or referring to the Swedish-speaking population in Finland if they are recruiting there, but the text says "Gävle kommun hör till...". I will translate it literally as "Finnish administrative area" but it is very strange. Let's look closer. "Gävle kommun hör till finskt förvaltningsområde". This is factually incorrect for Sweden. It is likely a copy-paste error from a Finnish municipality's job ad. However, as a translator, I must translate what is there. I will translate it as "Finnish administrative area" but keep the structure. Wait, maybe it means the municipality has a Finnish-speaking minority? No, it says "hör till" (belongs to). I will translate literally: "Gävle Municipality belongs to the Finnish administrative area." This is weird but faithful to the source text provided.)
