Do you want to work in an exciting manufacturing process where precision, quality, and craftsmanship meet? We are now looking for machine operators for our production of grinding discs. Whether you have previous experience or are ready to learn the trade from scratch, we offer an exciting role where you will develop, grow, and contribute to high-precision products.

• Employment type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months - with a chance of extension

• Working hours: 2-shift system

• Location: Västervik

As a machine operator, you work in a manufacturing process where raw materials are mixed, shaped, and cured into finished products. The work takes place both at the machine and manually in various steps, where you are responsible for ensuring the process flows according to set quality requirements.

You will:

• Monitor and operate machines in production

• Mix and handle materials according to recipes

• Work with curing processes (similar to a "baking process")

• Ensure quality and follow instructions carefully

• Perform simple maintenance and cleaning

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a practical role where you get to work both independently and together with others. You preferably have experience from industrial or production work, although this is not a requirement. As a person, you are quality-conscious, have an eye for detail, and can maintain focus even at a high work pace. The role also requires you to be flexible and have good physical fitness, as the work involves practical tasks.

The work includes tasks where you need to be able to reach and work with equipment at different heights, for example, tasks that require you to stretch your arms above shoulder height. It is therefore important that you have the conditions to work ergonomically and safely in these situations.

• Category B driver's license & access to a car

• Counterbalance forklift license (B)

• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)

• Good knowledge of English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)

• Education / previous experience within industry, manufacturing, or production is meritorious but not a requirement.
