About the role

As a Finish Line Quality Operator, you play a crucial role in ensuring that everything manufactured in the Body Shop meets our high quality standards. You work closely with production and are responsible for identifying deviations before products leave the line. This role requires great attention to detail, a structured approach, and a strong focus on quality. Through your work, you directly contribute to ensuring that our products meet Scania's high demands and customer expectations.

Your main responsibilities

  • Check the quality of finished products and components.
  • Identify, document, and report deviations.
  • Flag quality defects and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are taken.
  • Monitor quality requirements and contribute to continuous improvement work.
  • Collaborate with production and other functions to ensure the highest quality in the manufacturing process.

Who are you?

You are a quality-oriented person who works meticulously and methodically. You have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy taking responsibility for getting the job right from the start. You are attentive, structured, and willing to act when you spot deviations. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive team spirit.

You also have:

  • A completed upper secondary education or at least 5 years of work experience.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Availability to work shifts.
  • Excellent conditions for commuting to the workplace from various shifts.

Qualifications that are meritorious:

  • Experience with welding.
  • Welding training.
  • Valid welding license.
  • Knowledge of MIG brazing.
  • Experience in quality work within industry or production.
