In the role of Production Associate specializing in welding, you will work with manufacturing and processing in a workshop environment. Your main tasks consist of welding based on drawings, work instructions, and documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that the work is performed with the correct quality, according to current requirements and routines.

You also work with self-control, visual inspection, and dimensional control of completed work, as well as ensuring that products and items are marked according to established routines. The role also involves responsibility for order and tidiness at your own workstation and in the workshop as a whole. Your duties include:

• Performing welding work based on drawings, instructions, and work documentation.
• Ensuring that work is performed according to current quality requirements.
• Conducting self-control, visual inspection, and dimensional control.
• Being responsible for welding equipment at your own workstation and informing management when service or replenishment is needed.
• Following routines for marking, deviation reporting, and safety.
• Contributing to good order, safe working methods, and a well-functioning production flow.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have education in workshop industry work or equivalent experience from the mechanical workshop industry. You have basic knowledge of MIG welding and preferably valid welding licenses. Experience in reading drawings, material knowledge, and working with welding gases is meritorious. A B-driver's license is a requirement. If you have a crane license and experience driving forklifts, this is meritorious.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious. You enjoy practical work, follow instructions and routines, and have a clear safety mindset in your daily work. You contribute to a good work environment by working systematically, showing consideration, and being attentive to risks and deviations.
