Gullmarsstrand Hotel & Conference is located on the beautiful island of Skaftö in Fiskebäckskil. Here we are looking for you who love meeting people and delivering service at the highest level.

In the role of bartender, you work with creating memorable guest experiences together with your colleagues in the serving team. At our place, we serve lunch, à la carte, fixed evening menus for private individuals and larger groups, as well as lighter veranda dishes. We follow our guests not just for a day or an evening, but as a whole.

We believe that you have previous experience as a bartender at a similar restaurant and preferably have good prior knowledge of food, drink, and presentation. You exude service and joy in your work.

It is extra desirable if you have a sommelier education or enjoy a combination of food and drink.

WE OFFER...

Working hours are evenings & weekends, and it is a seasonal employment. Start date by agreement, and the position can be filled before the last application date.

It is a requirement that you have a car or other vehicle so you can get to your workplace on your own. Public transport cannot be used for work out here on Skaftö.
