With us, you have the most fun side job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to participate in sports activities, while gaining experience and qualifications for working with leadership and groups.

Playing, having fun, and spreading joy to the children. It doesn't get more fun than this! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.

At Fotbollskul, you get the opportunity to introduce football as a sport to a lovely group of children aged 2–6 in a playful way. Our hope is that the children will get inspired to continue exercising, and your leadership plays a big role in this.

💥 We are looking for you who:

• Loves working with children
• Is joyful, playful, and engaged
• Has football experience or general ball skills from other ball sports
• Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or alternatively has a long sports background and been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, childcare)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

🎯 Your goal is to continuously work so that all participants feel satisfied when they leave each Fotbollskul session.

🎯 You will lead the children and their parents through various exercises inspired by football and ball games, developed by Active Academy's sports pedagogues, in a playful and engaged manner.

🎯 We work from a pre-planned session structure, meaning all exercises and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you get the chance to focus entirely on spreading joyful movement, where we focus on ball play, ball courses, shooting, and passing.

Before starting work with us, you will participate in our leadership meeting where we train you in our specific concept.

📅 Employment Conditions

• Hourly employment
• The work takes place during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on Sundays from 10:45–12:30 at Porsöskolan's gymnasium.
• Approx. 1–2 hours/week.
