RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a personal assistant for a lively and cheerful woman who enjoys going for walks, cycling, and swimming. She is social and enjoys having company. She communicates using sounds, hand gestures, pictures, and occasional words. She has a lot of energy and needs to find activities in daily life to avoid boredom. She lives with her parents.

As a personal assistant, your working hours depend on the client's needs, which means that most of the working time is scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

The recruitment is conducted at the request of the client, and the client will handle the selection process.

The position is a PAN (Personal Assistance) employment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.

To succeed in this role, you are structured and able to adapt, as daily life is guided by the client's condition on any given day. You are proactive and motivating regarding healthy habits. You work independently and can make on-the-spot decisions for the client's benefit, while also understanding the importance of routines. You plan independently and are resourceful.

As a person, you inspire trust, create confidence, and foster a sense of security. You have the ability to spread calm and stability while taking the initiative and distinguishing between professional matters and personal interactions. Furthermore, you are skilled at communicating and interacting with others, and you can adapt your communication depending on the purpose and recipient, both verbally and in writing. You are flexible in your approach and adapt to different situations with the ability to change your perspective and attitude.

We are looking for you who speak and write Swedish fluently.
