About the role
- You are responsible for your own district and your specially built truck ("rolling shop"), which serves as your workplace.
- You develop sales and build long-term customer relationships in your district by visiting both new and existing customers daily.
- You demonstrate and show the functionality, quality, and efficiency of our products to the customers you visit.
- You ensure that your rolling shop is well-stocked and presentable.
You have access to CRM and business systems, receive product training during onboarding and ongoing throughout your employment. You receive close support and coaching from your regional manager and also have access to support from the rest of the sales organization in the form of employees with long-term experience.

About you
- You are driven by making deals and creating new customer relationships.
- You are practical-minded and thrive in an independent role with significant personal responsibility.
- You have a positive attitude and a "I can fix this" mindset.
- You have natural drive and enjoy creating new contacts and providing good service.
- You are well-organized and have good planning skills.
- You are accustomed to maintaining good order.
- You are motivated and driven by clear goals and result achievement.
- You likely have an interest in motors and vehicles.
Qualifications
- You have at least 2 years of work experience, perhaps from some form of practical work with customer contact.
- You have a Category B driver's license.
- You speak and write Swedish fluently.
- You are computer literate.
- You wish to obtain a Category C driver's license, YKB, and ADR, if you do not already have them. We have a good setup to organize and finance this.
- If you live within the district, we see this as a plus.
- The work involves physical tasks which require you to have the ability to perform them, e.g., being able to lift and carry goods in and out of your rolling shop.
Other important details
The position is full-time, and we offer a commission-based salary with very good opportunities for a high monthly income. To ensure you feel secure and have time to build your district, we naturally offer a guaranteed salary model, "SMARTAB's Security Package," which means a fixed guaranteed income of 35,000 SEK/month during the first 12 months.
You work from home and are responsible for your district, which includes areas such as Northern Gothenburg, Torslanda, Hisingen, Kungälv, Stenungssund, Tjörn, Hönö, and Öckerö.
We use tests as part of the selection process. Tests are sent out at an early stage to candidates who meet the qualifications for the position.
