Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you, a registered nurse, who wants to work with us in Care and Elderly Care, where you work for quality, participation, and person-centered care. There will be great opportunities for you to influence and make a difference in your work.

Your main responsibilities will be to lead and plan the daily care work in home healthcare and be responsible for health and medical care interventions up to the nurse level.

You will perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions for our patients. You will also work preventively to maintain health and well-being.

You are also responsible for care documentation according to current legislation, as well as for developing and quality-assuring the care work according to the organization's quality and patient safety management system.

The position includes delegating and supervising care staff in health and medical care interventions. Documentation takes place in the database-based journal system, Treserva.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. We prefer that you have previous experience from care and elderly care, preferably within elderly care. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
