About the role
We are currently looking for a Finnish-speaking 1st Line Technical Support specialist to join an international, technology-driven company within digital services and customer support.
In this role, you will become a key part of the company's support function, responsible for providing customers with fast, professional, and solution-oriented assistance in their daily use of the company's services and systems. This role is ideal for you if you thrive in a varied workday where customer interaction, problem-solving, and technology are at the forefront.
You will primarily handle incoming support tickets, ensuring customers receive the right help through troubleshooting, guidance, and follow-up. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure high quality and a seamless customer experience.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers to solutions
- Escalating more complex cases to the appropriate department
- Ensuring high service levels and a positive customer experience
- Documenting cases and updating customer information in internal systems
- Proactively working on improvements to support processes and workflows
- Contributing to knowledge sharing within the team
- Collaborating closely with other internal departments such as Customer Success and product teams
We are looking for someone who
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and has a genuine interest in technology and customer support.
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
- Have experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role
- Are confident in customer interactions and have strong communication skills
- Have a structured work approach and can prioritize between different cases
- Are solution-oriented and enjoy problem-solving
- Have good technical understanding and can easily adapt to new systems
- Are self-motivated but also a team player
We also value:
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English
- Good knowledge of Swedish
- Experience with ticketing systems or CRM systems (advantageous)
- Interest in video, streaming, or digital platforms (advantageous)
