Personal Assistant for a New Case in Nybro

The Individual and Family Administration in Nybro Municipality is now seeking two dedicated personal assistants for a newly established case. The user is a man living in the central parts of Nybro. The work group will consist of two assistants working shifts (day/evening/weekends).

Since this is a newly formed work group, it is important that the appointed individuals have strong skills in establishing structure and documentation, which is essential for meeting the user's needs effectively.

About the Role

Your duties will include care and support work such as transfers, communication, household chores, and delegated tasks. The user moves using a wheelchair and has reduced vision and hearing. Therefore, it is crucial that you adapt your communication to the person's abilities and conditions.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education in care and support, child and youth services, or other education deemed equivalent. You have a good ability to work in a low-affective manner and use clarifying pedagogy in your work. Previous professional experience is meritorious, but great importance is placed on your personal suitability.
