In the role of Account Manager, you have overall responsibility for sales in your geographical region, Northern Sweden, with the goal of developing both new and existing customer relationships. You work with Säkerhetspartner's entire service offering – from project planning and risk analyses to long-term advice on fire safety and security in the property management phase. Your role is central in understanding the customer's situation, needs, and operations – to shape solutions together with technical specialists that create real security and sustainability for customers.

You drive the business from first contact to contract – often in complex property environments with multiple decision-makers involved. This is about building relationships with, for example, property owners, technical managers, operations managers, and consultants, and helping them identify solutions that sometimes require an idea-based sales approach. You are responsible for your own sales processes, but always have an experienced team behind you – where collaboration and specialist competence go hand in hand.

We are looking for you who have a strong business drive and experience in B2B sales, preferably with a connection to the construction or property industry and/or with consultants, specifiers, or property owners. You have several years of experience independently driving sales processes involving multiple parties, preferably in public or complex environments. You are accustomed to working solution-oriented and have a good ability to listen, analyze, and translate needs into concrete offers without necessarily being a technical expert yourself. You have the ability to handle business dialogues where long-term perspective, trust, and a holistic view are crucial. It is also important that you are curious and have the ability to quickly get up to speed in new contexts and operations. Furthermore, you have good communication skills both in speech, writing, and in meetings with different roles, as well as an independent, curious, and results-oriented work style.

It is an advantage if you have an understanding or interest in how properties function and what security challenges different operations face. If you have also worked with selling technical solutions, such as SaaS to the construction and property sector, it is an extra plus.
