Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest wellness chain, with nearly 400 clubs and several padel facilities across the country. To get there, we need strong teams – both in our clubs and behind the scenes. We are now looking for a meticulous and engaged payroll administrator who wants to join our growth journey and contribute to ensuring our employees receive the best possible service in the payroll area.

About the role

As a payroll administrator here, you will become part of our HR team, which consists of nine people in total. The payroll team comprises eight employees who work closely together but operate with some independence within HR. You will work alongside our Payroll Manager, Marie Werner, and colleagues with long experience and great commitment. We have close collaboration, support each other, and value both precision and joy in work in our daily routine.

You will be responsible for the entire payroll process – from ongoing administration to reporting and follow-up. Here, you will work in an environment with a high pace, strong camaraderie, and where no two days are alike.

Your responsibilities may include, among other things:

• Ongoing payroll processing and reconciliations

• Handling employer certificates and reporting to Collectum

• Expense management

• Accounting of payroll data

• Generating statistics and reports

• Supporting managers and clubs with payroll questions

• Handling and administration of employment contracts

We work with systems such as Quinyx (time reporting), Flex HRM Travel (expenses), Visma (accounting), CatalystOne (HR system), and BRP (member and business system). Experience with these is advantageous – but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education in payroll (e.g., University College level) or equivalent work experience

• Is meticulous, structured, and enjoys working with systems

• Has good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel

• Is service-oriented and likes supporting others

• Is flexible and thrives in a changing environment with a high pace
