We are looking for your skills as a Nurse or District Nurse to complement our team, which is currently based in home care services.
Are you a registered nurse or district nurse and curious about working in Örnsköldsvik Municipality? You are warmly welcome to submit an application.
Responsibilities
As a nurse, you are responsible for both specific and general care. You work together with your nursing colleagues in a designated area, where you jointly plan and distribute your shared tasks. You will have a central role in the team, working closely with other professional groups, such as other nurses, unit managers (EC), basic staff, doctors, AT doctors, FT doctors, and dietitians, with the patient at the center. Through your medical knowledge, we expect you to find solutions that create security and added value for the patient.
You also supervise staff and students, and provide support and advice to relatives. Together with colleagues and other professions, you work to create meaning for the patient.
Qualifications
You are a registered nurse or district nurse and preferably have experience in the field. It is an advantage if you have completed supervisor training or other advanced education, for example in elderly care, psychiatry, or district nursing.
We are looking for someone who can work independently but also sees themselves as part of a team. You should have a high level of commitment, a positive attitude towards development, and be attracted to situations where innovation and creativity are key.
A valid driver's license, category B, is a requirement.
Attach a CV and a cover letter to your application.
