We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant for an 18-year-old girl living in Nykil.

As a personal assistant, you have a varied job where the day can include everything from daily chores and care to accompanying the employer to daily activities, entertainment, and events. The work involves supporting the employer throughout the day. About the position: As a personal assistant to our employer, you are an active part of her daily life, and you support her both at home and during various activities. Experience with autism is an advantage. The position is a temporary assignment on an as-needed basis, with the possibility of a fixed schedule for the right person. About you: You have experience in the assistant profession and have worked with young people with NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders). You need to be driven in your work, engaged, and have the ability to work independently. It is important that you can motivate the girl while not being too "intense". You follow instructions easily, are humble, and can take initiative and plan. A certificate of good conduct (police record extract) is mandatory.
