We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a broad and varied role with a focus on providing fast, clear, and friendly service. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Handling cases of various kinds and ensuring they are registered and followed up on correctly
• Providing administrative support to the team and other functions

A classic customer service role, simply put! Where you help people with questions, guide them in the right direction, and ensure they receive a good experience – regardless of the channel.

The position is part-time during office hours. You will work a few shifts per month and must be flexible with short notice in situations such as illness. This is a consultancy employment, meaning you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but will work alongside our client, who has offices in Stockholm.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently studying at a post-secondary level and graduating no earlier than summer 2027
• Have experience in customer service, for example in customer service, reception, or similar roles
• Are communicative, social, and confident in meeting people
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and good at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have good computer skills and learn new systems easily
• Fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing
