About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately and lasting until the end of September. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Lantmännen. There are good opportunities to extend the assignment.

💼 Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities as customer support include order handling, time booking at grain facilities, delivery planning, and other general inquiries from our Swedish farmers. You receive and handle cases via phone and email. You collaborate closely with internal departments such as planning, purchasing, sales, and production, acting as both internal support and support for customers, which consist of farmers and salespeople. You are offered a varied role in a team with engaged colleagues.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Work experience in service-related professions. Customer service or order reception is meritorious.

  • Good computer skills

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

We are looking for you who are passionate about service and accommodating in your customer interactions. You thrive in giving support and assistance both internally and externally. You are flexible and stimulated by a daily routine with high tempo and rapid changes. Prioritizing even in stressful situations is not a difficulty for you, thanks to your proactive and solution-oriented work style. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities and interest in the position.
