About the role:

For our ongoing project, the water treatment plant in Hyndevad, we are looking for an administrative team leader to coordinate and perform various tasks, with the possibility of developing into other traditional team leader responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on visitor logs and receiving checks.
• Escort transports, administer bookings, and manage storage of deliveries.
• Coordinate and administer orders, work preparation, and self-inspections.
• Participate in site management and coordination meetings for the project.
• Administer and handle tasks in our IT systems.
• Inventorize and order supply materials.
• Contribute to occupational health and environmental work.

We are looking for you who:

• Can pass security clearance checks as the project is security classified.
• Are a recently graduated Civil Engineer (Construction).
• Have experience working with digital systems and administration.
• Enjoy structuring your work, taking initiative, and working independently.
• Like working in a team and in a coordinating role.
• Have a B-driver's license and access to your own car.
