Your role

Together with our curious and innovative teachers, educators, and staff, we at Innovitaskolan want to make a difference for our children and students, for every future. We combine traditional teaching, what we and research know works, with modern tools and methods that change learning. In this way, we give them the tools to shape their own future.

We are currently looking for a qualified middle school teacher to substitute in grade 4 for one year.

The position starts as agreed.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a qualified middle school teacher for grades 4-6. At our school, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Therefore, we are looking for you with a large personal commitment.

We are looking for a teacher who is sensitive and wants to guide students towards the future. You are creative, open, structured, and a clear leader. You create good relationships with students and colleagues.

We want you to be a clear leader and to have the student in focus. You are passionate about meeting students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and abilities. Collaboration and independence are two more important qualities, and naturally, you enjoy working in teams with great opportunities and fantastic students. Of course, you have a sparkle in your eye!

For you, social interaction between students and adults is important. You help create safe environments. You have a genuine interest in our students and take great responsibility in your profession. We desire long-term commitment and value experience, creativity, and high engagement. You see collegial learning as a natural starting point in your entire working method.

You will work in our safety team and help create rewarding mentor meetings, participate in conflict resolution, be part of the school's recess activities, and be part of our student health team.
