Our Operations
The Unit for Cosmetics, Medicinal Products and Narcotics is part of the Supervision business area and consists of three groups. As an administrative case handler, you will be involved in all areas of responsibility for the unit (cosmetics, illegal medicines, and narcotics), but organizationally you will belong to one of the groups.
Your Responsibilities
At the unit, you will have a number of different tasks. You will issue permits and handle fee invoicing. You will also assist in the supervision of the unit's areas of responsibility and work on efficiency improvements, as we focus heavily on continuous improvement. You will work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues within and outside the unit. The work is varied and contains many different parts. Therefore, you must be able to handle several ongoing tasks in parallel and, together with your manager and colleagues, make active prioritizations. Your tasks may change over time, and it is important that you are comfortable with and positive towards changes in your daily work.
Your Background
We are looking for you with at least a high school diploma combined with at least 1 year of current experience in ongoing case management within a government agency. You are accustomed to working in digital environments and with multiple tasks simultaneously. You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you are familiar with one or more of the areas included in the unit's responsibilities.
Your Personal Qualities
You are responsible and have good collaboration skills, taking on new challenges with curiosity and thriving on contributing to change. You are structured and solution-oriented, have good self-awareness, and actively contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace. You are solution-oriented and work efficiently without getting stuck in details, and you are confident in making your own assessments. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
