Your Responsibilities
Within the orthopedic outpatient clinic, you will work with rehabilitation after traumatic hand injuries and planned hand surgeries. The work includes, among other things, assessment of hand function, orthosis manufacturing, and movement training. The work is carried out in close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other occupational therapists.

Your Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist with interest in and experience of orthopedic outpatient care and hand rehabilitation. Since the work is performed in a team, you need to be good at collaborating. You also need to have the ability to see your role in a larger context, for example in teamwork and in collaboration with other units. Previous experience of hand rehabilitation is meritorious.

We are looking for you who can take great responsibility for your tasks and who can adapt your way of conveying information depending on the recipient. Since the work requires collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups, good communication is important. We are looking for you who are stable, calm, and controlled in stressful situations, as the workload is sometimes high.

Successful rehabilitation requires that we keep up to date and open to new working methods. We value that you see it as positive to take initiative for improving the operations. We would like you to be a non-hierarchical and secure person. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
